Siargao, Bohol and Siquijor – 2 week roundtrip

One of our most exciting tours will lead to absolute highlights on the islands of Siargao, Bohol / Panglao Island and Siquijor Island. The tour starts in either Manila or Cebu:

Day 1

You will begin your tour with a domestic flight from Manila via Cebu to Siargao or directly from Cebu to Siargao. When you arrive at Sayak Airport, you will be picked up and taken to one of our following partner resorts: Siargao Inn, Bravo Beach Resort, or the exclusive Nay Palad Hideaway which is known for its sustainable approach and philosophy, making a positive change in the lives of the local community by employing many people from neighbouring villages, building infrastructure, and sourcing products from the island.

The 14-day round trip bring you to Siargao Island and some beautiful islands in the Central Visayas.

Day 2

Explore the village of General Luna on your own, or discover the beautiful beach on your first full day on Siargao.

Day 3

Today we go on an exciting island hopping tour, where you will get to know Guyam Island, which is also called “Hamburger Island” due to its round shape, and Daku Island. We cooperate with local fishermen here to enable them to work in the field of tourism and have a positive impact on their lives.

For early risers, we can also organize trips to the islands of Anahawan Island, Mam-On and Lajanosa Island, this strongly depends on the weather and especially on the waves. You will enjoy a delicious fish BBQ, prepared by locals directly on the beach under palm trees. This would be particularly interesting, since a visit of more remote islands is possible – thus you could also support islanders in that region.

Day 4

Today you will have another free day, where you can take a surf lesson or explore other highlights of Siargao on an island tour, for example, the “Magpupungko Rock Pools” are well worth a visit. Our partner resorts are always helpful in organizing such trips.

Day 5

Today you will transfer to Bohol. In the morning after breakfast you will be driven back to the airport and get on the plane to Cebu. There you will be picked up and taken to the seaport, after which it takes about two hours to get to Tagbilaran on Bohol. The last transfer is in the evening from the seaport to one of our partner resorts – among these: Bohol Beach Club, Amarela Resort, South Palms Resort, Linaw Beach Resort or Bellevue Resort.

Day 6

After the long journey, we have a relaxing day planned for you. Unwind on the beautiful beach or go explore the island on your own – Panglao Island has a lot to offer.

Day 7

The next island adventure begins. Today you will be visiting Pamilacan Island. There are beautiful snorkeling opportunities, and you will experience an amazingly authentic vibe. Some of our team members have been visiting the island of Pamilacan and its beautiful people since 2009, and ever since we have established a reliable partnership in the sense of kapwa with the families there. Previous to the dolphin watching, and related tourism acitivities, the Pamilacenos where famous for hunting whalesharks, manta rays, and other sea animals (hence the name for the island, because “pamilak” refers to hunting theses anmils with a hook).

After the government had banned those practices, and in 1998, the Pamilacan Island Dolphin and Whale Watching Organization (PIDWWO) was created. The sustainable dolphin watching tours made a huge difference in the lives of the islanders ever since, and you will help to further help the islanders themselves.

Today you will go on a sightseeing tour, discover many of Bohol’s attractions, including the world-famous Chocolate Hills, meet the cute Tarsiers and enjoy a typical Filipino lunch on the Loboc River.

Day 9

Today you will be transferring to the island of Siquijor: Again from the seaport in Tagbilaran via Dumaguete (short stopover) to the fire island, as Siquijor is also called. You will be brought to the resort before the breathtaking sunset: the Coco Grove Beach Resort, which will be the culmination of this two-week round trip.

Day 10

Today you will discover the beautiful house reef, while snorkeling, and take a walk in the sleepy village of San Juan. The in-house spa offers not only the three beautiful swimming pools, but many other great opportunities to really relax.

Day 11

The trip to beautiful Apo Island is provided if there are enough passengers (from 12 people, organized by the resort).
