Experience the Philippine wildlife in two exciting weeks. It starts with the whale sharks in Donsol, then continues with dolphins and tarsiers in Bohol. Finally, you get to know the turtles around Apo Island – a good animal tour with a lot of beautiful places and sceneries.
Day 1: Welcome to Manila
It starts in Manila, where you are expected by our team directly at the terminal after arrival at the international airport (NAIA). You will spend your first night in a nearby and beautiful hotel near the airport. Depending on the time that you arrived, you can either explore the capital city on your own or just rest and relax from your long flight.

Day 2: Transfer to Donsol
On the second day you will fly to Legazpi, where you will be greeted by the majestic Mayon Volcano– the famous volcano that has a perfect symmetric conical shape. Your private driver will take you to Donsol, the “capital of whale sharks” in the Philippines. In the evening, you will experience and enjoy a Firefly River Tour.

Day 3: Whale shark swimming
On the third day, the first – in the truest sense of the word – great adventure awaits you: the whale sharks, which are the largest sharks in the world. In cooperation with the WWF Philippines, the sustainable variant of whale shark swimming has been established for years around Donsol. Swim with the gentle giants in Donsol and be amazed!

Day 4: Transfer to Bohol
After another domestic flight, you reach the province Bohol in the central Visayas. Bohol is well-known as one of the most attractive tourist destinations of the country. You will not only see the world-famous chocolate hills (“Chocolate Hills”) here, but also numerous other animals.

Day 5: Private sightseeing tour on Bohol
Our Bohol Countryside Tour is one of the best! On this individual sightseeing tour, you will visit the Chocolate Hills and some animals– the cute tarsiers, the carabaos on the fields and fighting cocks. You will also visit a butterfly farm which is next to a beautiful tropical forest. What makes our Bohol Sightseeing Tour unique is that we give our guests a special experience by riding a private speedboat on Loboc River. A lunch in Loboc River Resort is included in this tour.

Day 6: Boat to Pamilacan Island
On Pamilacan Island, spend a total of two nights in simple, typically Filipino and therefore extremely authentic Nipa Cabins, gaining valuable insights into the simple but happy lives of local families and fishermen. Explore the village and meet the villagers. They will be happy to show you around and tell you their way of living in the island.

Day 7: Dolphin sightseeing, snorkeling and cooking class
On the sixth day, you will go in the morning with a bangka to do a Dolphin Sightseeing Tour. You will then snorkel a great underwater world with colorful corals and learn how to prepare a simple but delicious lunch as part of a cooking class.

Day 8: Transfer to Siquijor Island
Today, the transfer to Voodoo Island is on: Siquijor is known among locals as a mystical island, where all sorts of ghosts and mythical animals such as the Philippine Wolpertinger called “Sigbin” are to hang around. Who knows, maybe you will be lucky and get to see one?

Day 9: Relax in Coco Grove
For a change, take it easy, stroll through the neighborhood or relax at one of the three swimming pools. In front of the resort there is a beautiful “marine sanctuary”, which is suitable for snorkeling. Relax and enjoy your holiday!

Day 10: Trip to Apo Island
Your 10th day is a fun trip to the beautiful Apo Island where sea turtles roam almost all year round. The island sanctuary has been maintained for many years in cooperation with Silliman University in Dumaguete – no wonder that the underwater world is particularly well preserved here.

Day 11: Island tour on Siquijor
Get to know the flora and fauna in the course of an island tour. In addition to the historic sights, other beautiful beaches are visited as well as the Cambugahay Falls. Do not forget to bring your swimwear!

Day 12: Return to Manila
After so much adventure on the islands, you will return to the megacity of Manila. Here we have chosen a central hotel in Intramuros, so that you can even do a little walk on the colonial paths.

Day 13: Sightseeing in Manila
Let the tour end with a leisurely stroll through the old town. We are also happy to organize a classic sightseeing tour for you. Maybe you want to go shopping for some nice souvenirs in one of the excellent shops?
