Snorkeling Tour: 3 weeks Cebu, Siquijor, Bohol & Camiguin

We will bring you to the best snorkeling spots that we have selected from our over 30 years of travelling in the Philippines. This exciting tour includes island hopping, dolphin watching, swimming with sea turtles, sightseeing and a lot of snorkeling! Our snorkelling tour is perfect for people who would like to do a lot of activities and exploring. Here is a detailed itinerary of this 21-day trip:

Day 1: Welcome to the Philippines

Upon your arrival in Cebu, you will be picked up at the airport and will be brought to your hotel. You can just relax and rest from your long flight. Try to recharge as much energy as possible for your adventure in the next days.

Day 2: Island Hopping & Snorkeling around Mactan Island

This day is the starting point of your adventure and in exploring the waters of the Philippines. You will be picked up by your driver at your hotel and will be brought to Cordova Pier where your very own banka will be waiting for you. You will be brought to 3 different islands– Gilutongan, Caohagan and Olango. The boatmen will also make few stops in some good snorkeling spots. A Filipino lunch is included with a platter of various tropical fruits.

Day 3: Transfer to Siquijor

You will be transferred to the airport for your flight from Cebu to Dumaguete. Upon your arrival in Dumaguete, you will be brought to the pier for your 1 hour ferry journey to the mystic island, Siquijor. When you arrive in Siquijor, you will really see the beauty of the island already. The beach by the pier is very beautiful that you just want to go and sunbathe! Your driver will pick you up at the seaport and bring you to Coco Grove Beach Resort.

Day 4: Relax in Coco Grove

Today is a free day for you to relax in the best resort in Siquijor. Coco Grove Beach Resort is one of our trusted partners and they offer a lot of different activities that you can enjoy. You can rent a snorkeling mask and just go snorkelling on your own! It’s very convenient because the Tubod Marine Sanctuary is located in front of Coco Grove Beach Resort. You can also just lay by one of their cottages or hammock and read a good book by the beach. Sounds like a perfect holiday, right?

Day 5: Coastal Scenic Island Tour in the magical island of Siquijor

On the 5th day, you will be having an island tour in Siquijor. You will visit the famous and beautiful sites of the island. Experience the fish spa in their 400 years old balete tree, take a refreshing swim in the three level falls of Cambugahay Falls, visit St Isidore Church and St Francis of Assisi Church, and witness a healing ritual of a bolo-bolo healer. After the trip, you can relax again by the beach and enjoy the beauty of the sunset.

Day 6: Trip to Apo Island

On this day, you will have a day trip in Apo Island. Apo Island is a volcanic island that is famous for its beautiful coral garden and their friendly sea turtles. You will be brought to different snorkeling spots and there will be a reliable and knowledgeable guide that will accompany you as you venture in the waters of the island. A wonderful lunch is included in this trip.

Day 7: Transfer to Bohol

It’s now time to say goodbye to the magical island of Siquijor. You will be brought to the seaport and from there, you will ride a fastcraft to Bohol for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Bohol, your private driver will pick you up and bring you to Loboc River Resort.

Day 8: Free Day in Bohol

Today is a free day for you in Bohol.

Day 9: Transfer to Pamilacan Island

On this day, you will be brought to the little and authentic island of Pamilacan. You will ride a native Filipino pumpboat in order to get to Pamilacan Island. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed with an excellent lunch by the beach. After eating, you might want to go for a walk around the village to see how the locals live their island life. The people are very friendly and would be happy to show you around.

Day 10: Dolphin watching and other fun activities

To witness and see how charming the dolphins really are, you must wake up early on the 10th day. You will be riding a bangka and find some wild dolphins playing in their natural habitat. These dolphins are very playful and energetic, sometimes they even do some tricks and backflips when they see some boats. After the dolphin encounter, pamper yourself with a massage by the beach or go snorkeling.

Day 11: Bohol Sightseeing Tour

From Pamilacan Island, you will be brought back to the mainland of Bohol. You will then have your Bohol Sightseeing tour and visit the famous tourist attractions of Bohol– the magnificent Chocolate Hills, the cute tarsiers, the butterfly garden and then have lunch at the Loboc River. After the tour, you will be dropped off in J&R Residence in Anda.

Day 12: Beach Day in the beautiful Anda

Today is a free day in Anda. Relax and enjoy the very fine white sand in the beach by J&R Residence.

Day 13: Snorkeling Tour in Anda

For your 13th day, you will be having a snorkeling tour. You will ride a boat that will bring you to different snorkeling spots to swim. You will make several stops to see and follow the big and friendly sea turtles of Anda. There will be some professional guides that will accompany and help you spot the turtles. After that, you will be brought to the beautiful and colourful coral garden.

Day 14: Candijay Tour

Day 14th is full of adventure– visit the amazing rice terraces and the Can-umantad falls in Candijay. A scenic view on the way to the rice terraces will surely make you feel relax with it’s lush greenery area. You can take a refreshing dip in the tallest falls in the province of Bohol.

Day 15: Goodbye Anda, Hello Camiguin!

After staying for 4 nights in Anda, you will be transferred to Jagna seaport and then you will be taking a sea trip from Jagna, Bohol to Camiguin. Camiguin is also known as the ‘’island born of fire’’ given that the island has has more volcanoes than towns. How awesome is that? Upon your arrival in Camiguin, you will be brought to the cozy and vibrant Kurma Eco Lodge.

Day 16: Camiguin Immersion Day Trip

On this day, you will get to see and visit a village where the art of basket weaving is showcased. The traditional weaving art in Camiguin Island is called ‘Pinikas”, in where the artisan uses ‘nito’ vine and weave baskets and other creative handicrafts. This trip is capped off with eating a meal together with the people at the village.

Day 17: Free Day in Camiguin Island

This day is a free day for you to explore Camiguin a little bit more. Rent a scooter and enjoy as you drive the peaceful and scenic roads of the island. We suggest that you visit some of the cold and hot springs of Camiguin. You can also visit Tuasan Falls and Katibawasan Falls.

Day 18: Snorkeling Trip to Mantigue Island

Another snorkeling trip, this time in the little island of Mantigue. You will be brought to Mantigue Island to to snorkel in their well-kept marine sanctuary. Swim with the fishes and admire the nice corals. If you’re lucky, you can also spot some sea turtles here in Mantigue Island. Mantigue Island is blessed with fine powdery white sand and the view from the island is breathtaking. A Filipino lunch is included in this trip.

Day 19: Last day in Camiguin

For your last day in Camiguin, you can just chill by the beach and relax. You can also attend some yoga sessions that is offered in Kurma. If you still like to venture and explore the underwater paradise of Camiguin, you can go to the Sunken Cemetery and snorkel. Make sure not to miss the sunset when you are in Camiguin!

Day 20: Transfer to back to Cebu

It’s time to say goodbye to the little island of Camiguin. You will be brought to the tiny Camiguin airport for your flight back to Cebu. Upon your arrival in Cebu, you will be transferred to your hotel that has an amazing garden. You can also do some last minute shopping in the nearby malls and buy some local souvenirs.

Day 21: Transfer to Mactan International Airport

On the 21st day, you will be brought to Mactan International Airport for your international flight back home.
