President (COO)
John was born and raised in Bavaria to a German father and Filipina mother.
Together with his father Siegfried and brother Mel, he has written a philippine travel guide (German language) which can be purchased on Amazon. He is also the CEO of Philippinen Tours, a german tour company which began as a blog in 2009.
Favourites include: Romblon Island; Mt. Hibok-Hibok in Camiguin and diving with threshers in Malapascua.
Beatriz
CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
Bea hails from the Philippines but grew up in Australia, so she likes to think of herself as somewhat of an expert on beautiful beaches and the great outdoors. She has travelled the world extensively but keeps returning to the nation as there is always much more to explore.She is a fan of adventure and the underwater world, is an avid scuba and sometime freediver, experienced snorkeler and novice surfer. She has jumped many waterfalls and trekked many trails but likes to balance this with the serious business of testing hammocks and sampling luxury spas.
Bea loves traditional Filipino food and of course the warm-hearted islanders. She speaks English, Spanish and Tagalog and is currently working to improve her German language skills but fears that life may be too short for this.
Favourite spots include: Kisses Islets, Dinagat, Tuminugan Nature Reserve, Bukidnon; Dahican Beach, Mati.
Melvin
General Manager
Mel was born and raised in Germany and is currently based in the Southern Visayas. He likes to visit remote areas and get to know the locals and their customs; everything from learning traditional methods of fishing to understanding the nationwide pastime of cockfighting.
Mel’s plan is to experience as many of the philippines regional festivals as possible and is slowly getting there, one fiesta at a time.
Favorite places include: Siquijor, Pamilacan island, and many spots along the east coast of Mindanao.
Angel
CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
Angel is from the beautiful island of bohol, one of our most popular travel destinations. She has worked in the Accounting Finance field since 2010.
Aside from work and travel, she also enjoy gardening.
Favourite places she has visited in the Philippines include Apo island and Kalanggaman Island.
Roqueta
Reservations Manager
Roqueta is in charge of Reservations, liaises with our partner hotels and stays in touch with our suppliers to ensure smooth and enjoyable itineraries for our guests.
She loves adventure activities including ziplining and water rafting and as well as creative pursuits like drawing and editing photos.
Favorite spots include Kalanggaman Island, Olango Island and other spots in Bohol and South Cebu.
Giuseppe
Italian Market Agent
Giuseppe hails from Sicily but spent much of his life traveling to and living in various parts of the world.
In the last few years he has settled in the philippines with his family, traveling through its islands and getting to know its many treasures.

Finally, getting over there, he immediately felt a connection to the place and now considers himself lucky to be able to help people discover their own connection to its beautiful islands and it’s amazingly friendly people.

Philipp is a German-Filipino mixed and grew up in the Southwest of Germany. Even though he already visited the Philippines a couple of times to spend time with his family in Cebu, it was not until the beginning of 2018 when he started travelling the Philippines for a longer period and outside of his home for the first time. He also tries to improve his Visayan language skills (and maybe also Tagalog).
Philipp likes spending time by the ocean with snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing and hardcore napping on sunbed which is why his favorite destinations in the Philippines include Siargao, Malapascua, Kalanggaman Island and Nacpan Beach.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys skateboarding, embracing adventure, and an active lifestyle during her free time.

Devie is an accredited regional tour Guide in the Philippines. She loves to engage and exchange conversations with tourists from different countries.
She loves history, nature, and food!. Apart from that, her goal is to discover the hidden gems in the Philippines.

Reservation Agent
Josephine or also known as MJ was born in Lapu- Lapu City and raised on the beautiful island of Bohol.
As a reservation agent for Kapwa Travel and Tours, she keeps in touch with all the hotels, tours, and transfer providers. Coordinate with the sales department, manage all correspondence for group reservations, keep track of the hotel’s calendars, and update the operational personnel.
During her downtime, she loves to do hiking and swimming. She has plans to travel around the Philippines and outside the country.

Meet Michelle, from the stunning island of Bohol, home to the world-famous Chocolate Hills.
She plays a key role in creating customized tour itineraries using the Tamaraw system, ensuring each itinerary aligns with client preferences and delivers an exceptional travel experience. Beyond crafting itineraries, Michelle’s valuable support extends to the booking team, where she helps update the guest masterlist and maintains booking and accounting records, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless experience for all travelers.

Angelique dedicates herself to fulfilling the desires of her clients by collaborating with them to design personalized and tailored honeymoon trips.
In 2022, she decided to relocate her base to the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Since then, she has been constantly on the move between Germany, the Philippines, and her partner’s homeland in Canada. She has explored numerous routes and is now excited to share her knowledge and experiences with others.
